    General Motors has acquired a 25 percent stake in Pure Watercraft, a Seattle-based developer of all-electric boating solutions. Both companies want to develop and market battery-electric watercraft with GM technology.

    The South Korean battery cell manufacturer Samsung SDI and its South Korean supplier of battery materials EcoPro BM are investing the equivalent of around 88 million euros in a joint venture called EcoPro EM.
